Let me start by saying MADDIE!! After a long day of traveling and a bit of stress. The food and atmosphere here was just the right thing to remind you that you are on vacation and in an amazing place in town. Maddie was a superior server who made us feel welcomed and helped us continue our journey along the way with great tip advice. We will definitely be back!
Hired a private room back in 2020 for a wedding meal. Wedding was cancelled twice due to Covid but the Brasserie Joel went above & beyond to make our day special this year We pre booked our meals which were lovely & the staff decorated our table to give it that added extra appeal. There was no charge for the private area & we were waited on with no issues. The set meals were a reasonable price however the wines were quite expensive but being a wedding & being in London we expected this. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a private function.
The service was very good and the food was very nice. Much nicer than we thought it would be. The setting is quite cool, but in need of a little touch up - the table surfaces, for example, are every so slightly blemished. However the food made up for it, all very good (although the beef was slightly under seasoned) and with a few surprising touches. It's not cheap, but it's not expensive either; definitely worth it. I don't say this often, even if I've liked a place, but I'd go again and soon.
Cristina provided exceptional service this evening as I enjoyed a delicious meal. I found myself enjoying every moment. Hazelnut Tart was divine

The breakfast buffet is fabulous for families with any member with a gluten sensitivity. The manager, Louis, attends to the needs closely of anyone that cannot eat off of the standard buffet. Every morning we dined, he ensured that I had an enjoyable meal while my family could enjoy the buffet with many delectable foods. My kiddos LOVE the hot chocolate and cannot say enough about it. My favorite gluten free delight that they prepare custom is oatmeal with fresh berries made with oat milk. They often have gluten free muffins as well which are yummy.
Stayed with my family last week and had a dinner too. Beef Bourguignon steak and lamb rack upon Krishna’s recommendation. Food was delicious and the server was super friendly and accommodating. Extra points for that
Amazing food, perfect service and nice overall atmosphere. The only thing is that ratatouille lacked tomato sauce but it didn’t spoil anything. Caesar salad with shrimps was one of the best in my life. Will be back and recommend 100% to everyone!
